Dr, Sukumar has been an academician as well as a private practitioner. He has an experience of more than 18 years. He did his bachelors from Sardar Patel Institute of Dental & Medical Sciences and Masters from Sri Sai Dental College & Hospital, Hyderabad in the department of Oral Surgery.

Having placed more than 700 implants, he also specializes in direct and indirect sinus lift procedures and nerve lateralization. Since 2014, he practices Basal Implantology- A recent innovative technique wherein the implants bypass maxillary sinus and inferior alveolar nerve, enabling immediate implant loading in severely resorbed ridge. He has further placed pterygoid and zygomatic implants.
